In short: Femi9 Energy is a brand of Akarma Living. Semi is a food, not a medicine. Prices are in ₹ and include GST. All orders are prepaid. Indian law applies, and the courts of Hyderabad have jurisdiction.

This website, www.femi9energy.com, is run by Akarma Living, a partnership firm. Femi9 Energy and Semi are its brands.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies.

2. Our products

  • Semi bars are food products. They are not medicines and are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • The information on our website about seed cycling and nutrition is general information, not medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a health condition or take medication, please check with your doctor before adding Semi to your routine.
  • Allergens: our products contain seeds, including sesame, and some contain peanuts or oats. All bars are made in a facility that handles sesame. Always read the label on the pack before eating.
  • Store Semi in a cool, dry place and eat it before the use-by date printed on the pack. Product images are for illustration; colours and packaging may vary slightly.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. Shipping within India is free.
  • All orders are prepaid through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We don't offer Cash on Delivery.
  • We may change prices or offers at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.

4. Orders

  • An order is confirmed when your payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation email or message.
  • We may cancel an order in rare cases, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or the order looks fraudulent. If we do, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
  • The 3-month plan is a single upfront payment for 3 Monthly Packs, delivered one every 28 days. It does not renew automatically. You can pause or cancel it as described in our Refund policy.
  • Our products are sold for personal use, not for resale.

5. Discounts and offers

Discount codes and offers are valid only for the period and on the conditions stated, can't be exchanged for cash, and generally can't be combined unless we say so.

6. Use of our website

Please use our website lawfully. Don't try to disrupt it, misuse it, or copy our content for commercial use.

7. Intellectual property

The names Femi9 Energy and Semi, our logos, designs, photos and text belong to Akarma Living. Please don't use them without our written permission.

8. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. If we make a mistake, we'll correct it. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Complaints

If something isn't right, please contact us first at info@femi9energy.com or +91 93988 12441. You can also contact our Grievance Officer, Swaroop (Partner), at the same email and phone number. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its last updated date, applies to your order.
