MISSED STARTING ON DAY 1?

No worries! You can start on any day of your cycle. Just count how many days it’s been since your period started and pick the right Semi based on that:

  • If you're between Day 1–14, start with Purple Semi
  • If you're between Day 15–28, start with Pink Semi

Then continue daily until Day 28.
